Inner child meditation

This simple, yet profound tool, when practiced daily, will calm your Inner Child so that you can ‘get out of your own way’ and let your body heal itself.

The practice: In your mind’s eye, call to your Inner Child. Notice what they’re wearing, how old they are, and listen to anything they have to say with loving attention. After 1-3 minutes, assure them that you’re an adult now and you’re going to take care of everything. Repeat daily.
