Tools that support the practice of Resonant Attention.

Inner Child

This simple yet profound meditation will calm your Inner Child so that you can ‘get out of your own way’ and let your body heal itself.

The practice: In your mind’s eye, call to your Inner Child. Notice what they’re wearing, how old they are, and listen to anything they have to say with loving attention. After 1-3 minutes, assure them that you’re an adult now and you’re going to take care of everything. Repeat daily.

Four Square

This beautiful method for creating journaling prompts from Corelight helps you find subconscious programs, which you can then metabolize with Resonant Attention.

The method: Write down a trigger and its opposite. Journal about each of these in terms of love and fear. That will give you four subjects to write about. Do so until you have nothing left to say. Look for somatic responses, which indicate that subconscious trauma is being released.
