In Star Sister, I describe some wonderful encounters I had with Dr. Peebles, via the talented channel Nathalie Gianelli. A Scottish doctor who lectured around the United States until his death in 1922, Dr. Peebles prescribed this meditation for me in one of our early talks. It is easily the most profound and helpful tool I’ve found for bringing more ease and self-love into your life.
